I’m tired of all the girly vibes in decor, and I love when Apartment Therapy shows rugged, masculine spaces… Because of that, I bought this lot of travel bureau style posters at an auction, and I’m now selling the extras.
The auction was here in LA, and it was all goods that were used by an “undisclosed TV show”. Looks like these illustrations were originally postcards. The poster itself was professionally sealed to foam core or gatorboard, which is “floating” in the frame. A floating frame is made so you can see the edge of a print all the way, and there is none of the actual frame touching the surface of the artwork. This is a great look.
The piece is really big and anchors a space. It would be great above a couch or near a table. I have mine in my hallway on a blue accent wall and it’s getting a lot of attention and compliments.
