Calling Don Draper! I stole the couches out of your office.
It pains me to sell this beautiful piece of furniture, but I am moving coasts and it’s too expensive to take. This beautiful 3 piece sofa set dates from 1961, according to the furniture dealer from whom I purchased it, and I am only the second owner. They told me it originates from Czechoslovakia but looks very “Danish Modern” in appearance and style. They can be used as daybeds and are very comfortable to sleep on. I am not sure what kind of wood it is. It has the original upholstery and cushions, which are in good shape, although you could potentially just use the frame and get it reupholstered if you want. The third piece is a corner table which is a part of the set. I will include another coffee table (seen in pics 3 and 4) that I found that matches the set almost exactly, and the pillows that I made to complement it.
Measurements:
Each sofa measures 76" long and 31" wide. The corner table is 31" square.
Important: You will not be able to pick these up until the week of June 4th. I am putting them up early to find the right buyer, and I’m happy to have you come by to take a look.
