We have had the set for 4 years and it is almost indestructible and is as nice as the day we got it. We re-covered the chairs in emu inspired PVC fabric so it is virtually indestructible and looks classic. You can spill on it, kids can jump all over them, and they will continue to look great. Or, if you would like to recover the chairs, you can make the set your own for a great DIY project with a staple gun and any fabric of your choosing. We priced the set according to the quality in the material and structure. The only reason we are selling is because we are remodeling and the space is better suited for a thin, rectangular table.
