This sofa is in nearly perfect condition. It is a few years old but we have kept a slip cover on it and the previous owner (my aunt) kept it in pristine condition. It has a solid wood frame and canvas upholstery with a blue and cream plaid pattern. It is extremely comfortable. The only reason my husband and I are getting rid of it is because it will not fit up the stair well of our new apartment complex. Dimensions: 89in long, 35in deep and high, 25in arm height.
