Circa 1950s solid laminated birch and teak coffee table made by Nordiska Kompaniet, the fabled Swedish department store. Beautiful meld of two-toned wood, sleek profile, very substantial table (exact weight unknown, but main slab is quite heavy), brilliant example of Scandinavian mid-century modernism. Legs screw off for easy movement/storage. Table is in very good condition as pictured with variety of small nicks, etc. of age. Table has been in my non-smoking, pet-free home for ten years, but as we now need a larger one I am selling. This cost me several thousand dollars from Antik, an antique store once located on White Street in New York City.
