I love this sofa, but I redecorated and got a larger sectional for my place. It is so comfortable and sturdy. It is in storage, because I intended to replace the seat covers, but the cost of storing it is just too much and not worth it.

The sofa is in excellent condition except for seat tops. These disintegrated so the holes are patched with duct tape. I have a referral for upholsterer who can make new ones for under $200 each, you just provide the leather- I can provide leather resources in NYC. New unfinished sofa legs installed- can be stained by you. Some light leather cracking on back cushions and arms.

Can be delivered in NY/NJ area for $30, which includes 20 minutes of unloading time.

This item is in storage so it must be taken sight unseen, or pay $60 to view (which will be included in price if purchased). Sorry about that- it’s just too much to get out of storage for viewing if not purchased.
