We’re selling this very dark brown West Elm Leather Sectional Sofa for $400 to make way for some redecorating. It’s served our apartment well for almost 4 years. It was purchased new from West Elm and delivered by them. Originally about $1400

The synthetic leather surface cleans really easily with simply water and a cloth. There are a couple of small scratches here and there, but the large surfaces are all in good shape.

The thick, square legs are clean and durable, and have height adjustable feet on them.

It’s one home as been been our smoke free, frequently-cleaned apartment.

There are three sections:
1 corner: 36" wide, 36" deep, 23" tall
1 middle section: 30" wide, 36" deep, 23" tall
1 chaise: 36" wide, 56" deep, 23" tall

Pieces can be arranged in a few different configurations.

It’s located in Hunter’s Point/Long Island City, VERY close to Greenpoint, the Midtown Tunnel, and the 59th Street Bridge.

What’s awesome about a sections?
Because it’s three pieces, it’s pretty easy to move around one piece at a time to rearrange or move up/down stairs.
