I’m moving from my apartment in the Columbia Heights/Petworth area to Dupont. Unfortunately, my new place is much smaller and my beautiful sectional couch won’t fit! I’m an interior designer and the sofa with chaise is CUSTOM and in PERFECT condition. I paid $5500 for it new less than 8 months ago. The foam cushions and back pillows are wrapped in down, so they are plush and comfy. It’s upholstered in a velvet-like material that’s very easy to clean but extremely soft. The color is a light gray brown and works with both warm and cool color schemes. It is in 3 pieces so it’s easy to move, and I live in a building with a parking garage, loading dock, and freight elevator.
