2-year old sofa that is comfy, attractive, and in great shape! I’m upgrading to a sectional, which is the only reason why I’m selling it. It is a JC Penny slipcover sofa (so it’s really easy to wash), and it cost about $600 when I first bought it. There are no tears or stains, and it has been in a smoke-free/pet-free apt.

About moving: you would have to pick it up, but I live in an elevator building, so it is easy to get out of the apt/downstairs!
