Beautiful, authentic suzani tapestry for sale. I purchased it a couple years ago from a local import store. Unfortunately, I’m moving into a smaller place and it won’t fit on my walls with the new ceiling height. I’d hate to see it end up sitting in my storage unit.

This is a one of a kind, hand-stitched suzani in very good condition. The colors are vibrant and the detailed stitching is truely spectacular. In some places you can even see where someone deviated slightly from the pattern – adding to the uniqueness of the piece.

As you’ll see from the pictures, I’ve used it in place of a headboard in my bedroom, and it fits perfectly behind my queen size bed. Measures approximately 8 feet high by 4 feet wide.

Suzani patterns are super hot right now, as evidenced by nearly every design blog and home furnishing catalog you can find. Similar, authentic pieces retail for upwards of $600.
