Awesome bar cart / wine rack. It has a beautiful lattice pattern cut out on one side and holes for bottles on the other.
The frame is metal with caster wheels. The rack and pretty cut outs are plastic and the handles and frame sides are wood. The frame has a little rust (please see picture).
