Shock mounts, and bases are included. Base type can be changed.

Embossed on the bottom with the Herman Miller Logo, the name Herman Miller; and S in a circle for Summit fiberglass molding company of Kalamazoo, Mich. Also an original Herman Miller tag (see pics).

Condition: Excellent! No chips or scratches, and edges are good.

Two are available. They are both in equally excellent condition. Price for one chair is $390. Price for two chairs is $770.
