Large bedroom available in very nice, furnished (except for your bdrm), grown-up apartment on Smith Street in elevator bldg. in Cobble Hill. Directly across the street from Bergen F train. Shared kitchen (w D/W), bathroom and living room. Laundry in basement. Rite-Aid in bldg. Con-ed, Nat’l Grid, wi-fi and cleaning person (once a month) split two ways. If you know Smith Street you know it is lined with great restaurants, cafes, shops and bars. I am a very easy-going female and not bothered by much. I would prefer someone older. Any old hippies out there?
