Solid maple kitchen table from the 40s/50s with sliding leaves on either end that smoothly extend and fold back under, along with four sturdy solid maple chairs. This set has acquired some character over the years — one of the leaves is darker because it didn’t get as much use and the finish has some scuffs, some of the chairs have small paint splatters (though the lighter areas in the photos are from sun coming through the trees).

An easy refinish/paint project to match your vintage kitchen. Add some seat cushions and it’s perfectly presentable in the meantime. I had been saving it for when I moved to a new house, but the new house has a galley kitchen – my loss is your gain. The table legs are easily removed for transport.
