This Vatne Mobler 4-seat couch and two matching chairs were crafted in Norway in the mid-1960s. They are made of exotic, black-grained Brazilian rosewood and black leather. The frame is solid rosewood with arms in the flared style; the black leather upholstery covers part of the frame. The cushions are in the box style, and made of leather with down filling (part of the underside of the cushions is fabric). All cushion covers are zippered and removable. All three pieces of furniture are in excellent condition; no scratches on the wood, and no cuts or tears in the leather. Wrinkles are from normal wear. The original Vatne Mobler label is on the underside of the couch. This “like new” Danish modern set would be a beautiful addition to any home.
