Beautiful, clean Danish modern teak dining table w/4 matching braided-cord side chairs. Seats 4-6, two integrated draw leaves extend it to seat 8+. Chairs are lovely simple shape, and cord is in nearly perfect condition.

Table and chairs are very tight and solid, nothing creaking or rocking, and no tearing or fraying on the cord/rope seats of the chairs. Overall some minor signs of use, but it has been well kept by us and by previous owners. One chair has a small water stain, and tabletop has some uneven coloration and a couple of small scratches, but nothing you can see from more than a few feet away. Leaves are a slightly different shade than the top, since they have spent most of their lives hidden from the light.

No maker’s mark that I can find, so I’m unsure of specific provenance or age, but I did find a few scraps of yellowed Danish newspaper stapled to the bottom (yours if you’re interested).

We would consider trades or partial trades for similarly styled credenzas or buffets or low dressers, Eames/Knoll/Saarinen style dining or side chairs, Womb or Egg (but not Butterfly) chairs, or interesting Modern seating in general. Authenticity not a concern with any of this, as it would be to actually use for living.
