Vintage lockers are Hot…but vintage lockers with wheels…very hot!
This vintage locker console makes a great conversation piece as well as a TV/media console cabinet or a unique dresser
for clothes. If want to put electronics inside & a TV on top, please let me know so I can add an acces hole in the back for
power & data cables.
I take vintage lockers (and other vintage metal cabinets) and repurpose or just restore them so their historic value is still there,
but they’re usually shined up a bit and given new life. It’s a shame to see great vintage steel pieces go to a scrap yard.
The outside is entirely stripped & brushed steel finish with automotive clear coat & I’ve left the various graffiti on the inside.
(years of high school students). It’s been lightly cleaned with paint thinner to remove dirt,but still kept most of the writings, etc.
The top door is attached with a heavy duty vinyl cable to hold the door level when open. The bottom door rests on the wheel
supports when open.
