Excellent condition, structurally.

Cosmetically, it has the minor scratches, scuffs and rubs associated with regular use.
As typical, the most evidence of use is on the top. There are scratches on the top of this that are noticable upon close inspection. When you walk into the room it presents like new, but when you are close up dusting it you can see evidence of careful use. When you get up close you can see the cosmetic use on the top. The price has been reduced for cosmetic wear.
