Gina Dambra has been a jeweler working with Gabriella Kiss for the last fifteen years. During this time, she always enjoyed sewing. Influenced by her Grandmother’s hand-sewn quilts she made for her family members, Gina began making her own quilts, bawdy sock monkeys for friends, and now these beautifully rendered pillows. She applies a charming, humanistic quality to her work capturing the temperament or humorous disposition of the animals she chooses to sew. Gina’s mood also influences the personality of each piece keeping it fresh and fun for her as no two pillows are alike.
