Rare! Thankfully we all know that real tortoise shell is illegal. This is a collectors item which is very rare and very valuable. This was a gift to my mother from a family she stayed with in Bora Bora in 1970 (before Club Med and all of that). It is a magnificent, large hand made comb that she did wear for a few years. Wearable art. Gorgeous piece. Worth far more than selling price.
