Thonet 1970’s Vintage Poster “to create is Thonet”:

A rare and unusual poster promoting the original thonet bentwood chair. Down the lower right hand side the text reads “2809 bentwood armchair an original thonet design circa 1876 corbusier’s favorite.” this poster was most likely designed and produced in 1976 which would have been the 100th anniversary of this chair. The graphics on this piece are bold, colorful and clean. A great example of 1970’s poster design at it’s best. The original frame is included but is nothing special.

Measurements: 29.5" wide by 39.75" tall with the frame.

Condition: Some apparent wear on the surface where the white of the paper is showing through. Not sure if this is a production artifact or if it is actual wear because the piece is framed under glass.
