This is one of the multiple tree slice tops I have that are 15’’ – 18’’ wide made from reclaimed canary island pine from the Los Angeles urban forest. Destined for a wood chipper, I upcycled them into table tops on 19 inch tripod legs. The wood itself is about 1.5 inches, giving the whole table about a 20.5’’ height.

I made these tables so you won’t find them anywhere else. As much great stuff as places like West Elm has, your furniture wont be unique. It won’t have a story. It won’t be part of the greater movement to recycle and better use our natural resources. I like to think these are.

The tripod legs can be shortened to your liking. I can even get them bigger if you’d like. The fabricator of the legs is actually a Hurricane Sandy victim who lost a lot of his lively hood to flooding. $50 of each purchase goes straight to helping him get his shop back up and going. Until then he has to use his mom’s garage.

Buyer pays shipping in addition to the price stated here. Shipping will be determined on a buyer-by-buyer basis.
