Brand new West Elm Tillary modular sofa, in a stone colored performance velvet with two tufted back or side cushions for sale for $700.00.

I bought this piece new from West Elm, had it delivered, and then realized it wouldn’t fit up my staircase. Had intended to use it as a guest bed as it’s the size of a twin mattress and with the addition of the back/side cushions it also would make a great sofa to nap and lounge on. If only I had thought to measure first!

It measures:

It sells for $899.00 plus tax and shipping on the website (http://www.westelm.com and then search under furniture and then sofas)…but just want to cut my losses. West Elm won’t accept returns as the plastic wrap on the sofa has been removed. My loss means your gain!
