This is the Jasper sofa from Room & Board. It’s in very great condition. No noticeable stains and can be cleaned easily. No odors (smoke and pet free home). The legs are NOT removable.

It’s upholstered in Desmond Arctic (polyester microsuede in eggshell color).

Altogether, the sofa retails for ~$1700 with the custom upholstery.

You have to move it out of my ground floor apartment. It’ll take some tricky maneuvering but you can get it out. And for this price, it’s totally work a little elbow grease!
