The tooling is definitely art deco, however I can’t say for sure if it was actually made in the era.It is in great condition, certainly hand made from start to finish.No signs of wear or falling apart. The leather is think and hard so the mouth of the purse doesn’t open easy like modern bags or well worn items.Would be a great to hold a few items and keep things simple. Definitely more for style than function.It is about 9 inches high and 6 inches wide. The strap has 2 different levels and 3 adjustment options on each level.
