This is a beautiful painting of a busy European street market under stormy skies with a large medieval style castle looming in the background. It is in a simple wooden frame.The painting is done in the impasto technique in the impressionistic style. It is unsigned but I have another one that I believe is by the same artist and it is signed “Rida”.
There is one area where the paint is missing in the sky area (see pic 5) I believe this can be easily repaired and have priced the painting with this in mind.the frame measures 21″ × 25″the painting itself is 20″ × 24″This would make a great addition to any mid century modern decor.
